*Please give a 2-3 day grace period for package scans at the post office for tracking purposes.
*We are NOT responsible for wrong address inputs, please double check your shipping address as this cannot be modified after you place your order. If your order is returned due to being non deliverable caused by an incorrect address you will need to pay for a new shipping label with the correct address.
*We are located in the United States of America and ship to all of Turtle Island.
*Please take into account exchange rates when placing your order.
*Orders placed within the U.S generally are delivered in 3-5 business days. Orders outside the U.S can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks due to customs. We are not responsible for delays.
Returns & Refunds
•Returns, Refunds & Exchanges are only eligible for Items damaged in transit or if you recieved the wrong order.
•You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with photo proof of the damage in which we will send you a return shipping label. Refunds will not be given until the item is delivered back to us.
•We are not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages stating they were delivered to the address given to us on your order however all packages come with insurance, if your package is lost or stolen a file will be claimed with USPS, if they find themselves at fault and payout the insurance claim you will be refunded.
Cancelations
•Due to our same day shipping we do not accept cancelations, please take this into consideration when placing an order.
